A central part of the organization’s mission is dedicated to advocating for the human rights of women and girls in Afghanistan, as well as supporting vulnerable ethnic and religious minorities, particularly the Hazara community.
The organization recognizes that millions of Afghan women and girls are currently facing systematic restrictions on their fundamental rights, including access to education, employment, freedom of movement, social participation, and equal opportunities.
The organization believes that education, dignity, equality, and social participation are essential foundations for peace, stability, and long-term social development.
The organization also expresses concern regarding discrimination, exclusion, violence, and security threats faced by vulnerable ethnic and religious minorities in Afghanistan, especially the Hazara community.
Through awareness-raising, research, public dialogue, advocacy, and cooperation with civil society actors, the organization seeks to contribute to greater international awareness regarding the humanitarian and human rights challenges affecting these communities.
The organization supports peaceful, lawful, and rights-based efforts aimed at promoting equality, justice, inclusion, and respect for human dignity regardless of ethnicity, religion, gender, or social background.
